Below is a brief description of what they include: 

Food and you – This talk explores the basic principles for healthy nutrition and how we can adjust our ways to improve these. Looking specifically at how, when where and why we eat and how these impact our choices on what we eat.

Sleep and stress – This looks at how and why we sleep, the immense benefits we gain from sleeping,   some top tips to get better sleep and how stress can impact this and our overall health. 

Planning and preparing food – This highlights how to get organised for preparing food and meals, saving you time and money, all the while making better food choices.

Hormones and you – This delves into how our hormones are responsible for everything we do, or don’t do! It looks at how they impact our sleep, stress levels, mood, feelings & food choices. Enabling you to know more about them, and better manage them.

Supporting your immune system – We go with our gut on this one!  Your gut health is your immune and brain power, let’s look at how best to protect and support it. 

Making better food choices – This is a deep dive into what to eat and how our habits can enable us to make better food choices.
